Established in 1986, MoldTek Packaging Limited (MTPL) is the leader in rigid plastic packaging in India. The Company is into the business of manufacturing of injection molded containers for lubes, paints, food and other products.The Company has 10 processing plants and two stock points spread across India to ensure faster supplies. It has a huge injection molding capacity of around 50000 TPA. As a pioneer and innovator of pail packaging in India, MTPL introduced spouts and InMold spout concepts for the paint and lube pails. With inhouse manufacturing capability in place, it is not dependant on imports.The Company is a pioneer in the field of InMold label decoration in India. This enables them to innovate and manufacture products with better features making them stand above all competitors.Moldtek Packaging Limited is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, which got established at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (India). The Company is engaged in the manufacturer and supplier of top notch grade Plastic Packaging Products such as Containers for Pharma Cosmetics, Child Resistant Caps Bottles, Pharma Pack Pouches and Blow molded shampoo and medicine packs. For catering to the varied demands and needs of clients, the firm specializes in standard and madetoorder packaging solutions for leading brands of Paints, Lubricants, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics and FMCGs etc.The Company established a Pharma Packaging facility at Sultanpur in FY 2024. It commenced operations at new plants for Grasim Industries (Aditya Birla Group Paints Division) in Panipat and Cheyyar in 2024. In 202425, Company increased its production capacity at Panipat (Haryana), Satara (Maharashtra) and Cheyyar (Tamil Nadu) from the Aditya Birla Group. It set up Robots and manufacturing facilities at all APIL locations. Production of Square Packs at Panipat started in March, 2025. New square packs of 2 and 3 liters were introduced to cater to ready to eat, edible oil and other FMCG goods. Company added 3 new machines (2 flexographic and one Roto Gravure) in February, 2025.

For the full year FY2022–2023, revenue reached ₹633.04 crore and profit touched at ₹63.65 crore. As of Jun '26, Mold-Tek Packaging’s market capitalisation stood at ₹2,300.60 crores. Shareholding as of Jun '26 shows promoters holding 33.2%, with FIIs at 8.3%, DIIs at 21.8%, and public at 36.7%.
