Subsequently, name of the Company was changed to Marg TechnoProjects Limited w.e.f. 5th August, 1996 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Company is involved in providing financial services.Company is registered as a NonDeposit Taking NBFC (Base Layer), operates primarily in the gold loan and demand loan segments, while also offering other structured credit products. During FY 202425, Company was committed to a customercentric business model and strengthened its regulatory compliance framework in alignment with RBI, SEBI, and Companies Act requirements. The Company emphasized in strengthening credit appraisal and monitoring processes and ensuring Asset Liability Management (ALM).
