E E Enterprises Limited, formerly known as The Swastik Safe Deposit and Investments Limited was incorporated on August 6, 1940 with its registered office in Mumbai. During the year 202526, the Company has amended its Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) to reflect the change in its principal business objectives and is presently engaged in acquiring, undertaking, promoting, running, owning, lease, converting, building, hiring, letting on hire hotels, caf, restaurants, rest houses and purchasing, selling / dealing in all types of movable or immovable properties for development, investment, leasing or for resale. Initially, the Company was established with the main objects of finance and investment. Pursuant to the order passed by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, dated 30 August 2018 for sanctioning the Scheme of Merger of Piramal Texturising Private Limited and Vulcan Investments Private Limited and Piramal Corporate Services Limited with Piramal Corporate Services Private Limited) (PCSPL), and their respective shareholders, Piramal Corporate Services Limited, holding 1,78,535 Equity Shares carrying 74.39% voting rights of the Company, was merged/amalgamated with PCSPL. The Scheme became effective from 27 September, 2018 and Piramal Corporate Services Limited ceased to exist from the said Date. Accordingly, in terms of the above NCLT Order and Scheme of Merger, all the 1,78,535 (74.39%) Equity Shares held by Piramal Corporate Services Limited stood vested in PCSPL. Both Piramal Corporate Services Limited and PCSPL are part of the Promoter Group Company.The strength of the Company is known from its reputation which the Company has earned due to its quality business and presently the Companys financial position is sound.

For the full year FY2010–2011, revenue reached ₹21.22 crore and profit touched at ₹10.69 crore.
