Century Business Media Limited was originally incorporated as a private Company as Century Business Private Limited on September 23, 1999 with the Registrar of Companies, Bihar. Company changed the name to Century Business Media Private Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 08, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Patna. Further, it converted the status into a Public Company and the name of Company has been changed to Century Business Media Limited dated September 16, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.Company offers OutofHome (OOH) advertising solutions across digital and nondigital formats, primarily in Airport (AOOH) and Railway (ROOH) segments, and recently in Metro (MOOH) advertising on Platform Screen Doors. It also provide city media formats such as hoardings, unipole, wall wraps, and inshop branding. The operations span a network in Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and the North East, with services offered across India through exclusive and nonexclusive rights. The Company began the business of outdoor media and advertising in Bihar and Jharkhand through city media outlets in 2011. It entered the airport media advertising division in 2013, commenced media ads at railway stations in 2018 and commenced metro outdoor media advertising in West Bengal in 2024. Apart from this, Company hold exclusive advertising rights at key airports such as Patna, Ranchi, Deoghar, Darbhanga, and Jorhat and 714 railway stations under the East Central Railway Zone, PSD rights at select metro stations, and also procure thirdparty assets for specific campaigns. Company is planning the Initial Public Offer of 23,16,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 through fresh Issue.
