CEAT Limited was incorporated in India on March 10, 1958, originally founded in 1924 in Turin, and acquired by RPG Group in 1982. Headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, the firm is listed on both NSE (CEATLTD) and BSE (500878). CEAT designs, manufactures, and distributes tyres for passenger vehicles, two- and three-wheelers, trucks, buses, off-highway, and farm equipment across India and select international markets.
