AECL is the leading manufacturer of all types of antifriction bearings, and it offers wide range of varieties to the different segments of people. The Company is engaged in generating of power from wind energy.Founded by five technocrats as a partnership firm in 1973, today AEC has grown into a Public Limited Company, with high quality and precision bearings for various applications. From an outfit of 10 workers that manufactured cylindrical roller bearings and deep groove ball bearings, with an outside diameter of up to 50 mm, today the Company is a global force in the bearings industry. It manufactures almost the entire range of rolling element bearings up to an outside diameter of 1800 mm.The Company came out with a rights issue in Mar.92 to meet the cost of expansion and to augment longterm working capital requirements.The Company installed 1 Wind Mill Project at Kurunga, in Jamnagar during 200506.AEC provides perfect solutions to the demand for top quality, precision engineered bearings with superior engineering, extensive knowledge of applications fitments, wide range of products, and global delivery network. With unique flexible manufacturing setup, Company can manufacture over 4500 different bearings in one plant and can quickly switch between bearing size/type for production. The companys products find application in the automobile and engineering industries. Its major clients are OEMs like TELCO, Premier Automobiles, Bhilai Steel Plant and Punjab Tractors.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹108.78 crore and profit touched at ₹3.84 crore.
