Astonea Labs Limited was originally incorporated as AHU Laboratories Private Limited, as a private limited company, pursuant to certificate of incorporation dated April 11, 2017. Company changed its name from AHU Laboratories Limited to Astonea Labs Private Limited dated February 26, 2019. Subsequently, the Company further changed the name to Astonea Labs Limited, vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 11, 2024. The Company specialize in the manufacturing and marketing of a wide range of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. These include antibiotic drugs, anticold medications, antihistamines, and drugs for diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, gynecological concerns, analgesics, fungal infections, and multivitamins. These are used for skin, tooth, and hair care, available in various forms such as gels, ointments, creams, lotions, oils, and serums. The Company started production with cosmetic block at the Manufacturing Facility in 2019 started second block with pharmaceutical products such as tablet, capsules, softgel, and oral powder production at the Manufacturing Facility in 2021.The Company completed the IPO by issuing 27,90,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10, by raising funds of Rs 37.67 crores in May 2025.The Company established Astonea LLC, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Sheridan, USA, on 26 January 2026. The Company also acquired 25.74% equity stake in Damaira Pharmaceuticals Private Limited on 31 March 2026.
