The name of the Company was changed to a public limited Company on December 17, 2018. Company is part of the Antony Group which has diversified business interests, including in the automotive bodybuilding and ancillary industries. The Company has grown into one of Indias leading integrated municipal solid waste management organisations, delivering sustainable environmental solutions across the full circularwaste ecosystem. Their services cover the entire MSW value chain, from doortodoor collection to transportation, segregation, processing, resource recovery, wastetoenergy generation, waste management in landfills and legacy waste remediation. Using this holistic approach, we support municipalities in creating cleaner, smarter and more sustainable cities, and in optimizing and minimizing the use of resources and their environmental impact. The Company has built fleet of over 2,600 specialized vehicles and stateoftheart processing plants backed by proven delivery on largescale projects, including long term management of one of Asias largest engineered landfill facilities at Kanjurmarg, Mumbai. It serve millions of urban residents across multiple cities and are established as a trusted long term partner to urban local bodies and municipal authorities. Further the company had issued Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 vide resolution of the shareholders dated 09 December 2019.The Company launched Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 9,523,345 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each, consisting a fresh issue of 2,698,412 equity shares and the offer for sale of 6,824,933 equity shares in December, 2020.The Company in 2023, expanded CT operations and integrated them with the Command Control Centres in cities like Varanasi and Jhansi. It commissioned the Integrated Waste to Energy Plant at Pimpri Chinchwad in 2023.The Company launched the WastetoEnergy (WtE) project at Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC)in FY 2024.In 202526, AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited has merged with and into the Company with prior consent from Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (NCLT), making THE Scheme of Arrangement effective from April 1, 2025. The Company along with Jigar Transport and M.K. Enterprises, was awarded two projects by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation for the collection and transportation of approximately 1,250 TPD of municipal solid waste across various wards of Mumbai city in December 2025. Pursuant to the award of these projects, the Company incorporated Mumbai Eco Solutions Private Limited as a Special Purpose Vehicle for project execution, in which the Company holds 51% stake during 2026.

For the full year FY2026–2027, revenue reached ₹1084.1 crore and profit touched at ₹91.75 crore. As of Jun '26, Antony Waste Handling Cell’s market capitalisation stood at ₹1,180.14 crores. Shareholding as of Jun '26 shows promoters holding 46.1%, with FIIs at 13.1%, DIIs at 3.4%, and public at 37.4%.
