Anondita Medicare Limited was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on March 12, 2024, with the Central Registration Centre. Prior to this, Company business was run by current promoter, Mr. Anupam Ghosh, as a sole proprietorship under the name of M/s Anondita Healthcare (formerly M/s Healthcare Products) from year 1999 onwards.The Company is a manufacturer of male condoms with a variety of flavors, with flagship product sold under the brand COBRA. It operate an installed production capacity of nearly 562 million condoms per annum, as per certificate issued by JP Sood, Chartered Engineer, dated November 21, 2024. Further, to follow sustainable production practices, Company uses CNG as a clean, environmentally friendly manufacturing fuel for its manufacturing plant situated at Sector 80, Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.Promoter, Mr. Anupam Ghosh, started his journey into this industry in year 1999, by undertaking orders for the sale and packaging of condoms, via his proprietorship M/s Healthcare Products. Thereafter, in 2004 he set up his own condom manufacturing plant and started the manufacturing of condoms, under his proprietorship M/s Healthcare Products. Subsequently, in 2013, the name of the proprietorship was changed to M/s Anondita Healthcare. Later in 2024, the entire running business of this proprietorship, including all assets and liabilities, was transferred to the Company, Anondita Medicare Limited, vide Business Transfer Agreement dated April 01, 2024.The Company came up with the initial public offer of 47,93,000 equity shares having the face value Rs 10 each by raising Rs 69 Cr through fresh issue in August, 2025.In FY26, the Company established a new Unit in Noida with additional manufacturing capacity. It has expanded from the existing D1 facility by acquiring adjacent units for D2 D3 expansion. The production capacity of the Company for male condoms was enhanced by 307 million pieces on February 23, 2026, which stood at 869 million pieces per annum.
