Yash Management Satellite Limited was initially incorporated as Yash Management Financial Services Limited on August 4, 1993. Name of the Company was changed to Yash Management Satellite Limited during the year 19992000. In 19992000, the Company diversified its activities in the field of Entertainment, Media, Films studios and Television Software. In a major development it started a post production studio titled YASH STUDIO at Juhu in Mumbai, the entertainment hub of the Bollywood by acquiring hitech equipments for editing and sound recording.In 200405, the Company got into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Cientifica Ltd. UK for providing services in the field of Nanotechnology in India. It signed agreements with Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (NT Bombay), National Chemical Laboratory, Pune (NCL Pune) and Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research, Bangalore(JNCASR Bangalore). These research Institution advised Yash Nanotech in the identification and commercialisation of technologies.Companys main business activities include indigenous wholesale trading and merchant imports exports especially in agriculture produces like food grains, pulses, oil seeds etc. and metals like copper, iron, semiprecious metals, precious metals, textile products and all type of industrial products. SPPL began the commercial production at its Greenfield plant at Dist. Mehsana in Gujarat from 2nd March, 2022. The Plant was set up to manufacture PP/HDPE woven fabric and laminated/ unlaminated bags, with production capacity of over 3600 MT.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹31.21 crore and profit touched at ₹-1.85 crore.
