In 2023, it launched first Digital Bus Shelter at Worli, Mumbai.The Scheme Arrangement for merger of Pressman Advertising Limited with the Company was implemented and sanctioned in 2023 and the said Scheme was made effective on 7th September 2023. The Scheme envisages, inter alia, that the shareholders of Pressman Advertising Limited be allotted shares of the Company in the ratio of 1 equity share of the Company of face value of Rs 2 for every 1 share of Pressman Advertising Limited of face value of Rs 2 (Swap ratio 1:1).

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹458.42 crore and profit touched at ₹33.9 crore.
