Vellora Impact Limited was initially incorporated as Pratiksha Chemicals Private Limited as Private company on April 24, 1991. To part finance ambitious expansion projects, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on December 28, 1994. The Company has changed the name to Vellora Impact Limited subject to statutory approvals effective from April 2026. The Company is an industry representing color pigment companies in Ahmedabad, India. Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing colour pigments, primarily Pigment Green7, and caters to customers across various industries in India. Colour pigments have wide applications in paints, inks, plastics, glass, synthetic fibres, ceramics, coloured cement products, textiles, cosmetics and artistscolours.The manufacturing unit of the Company is at Sanand, Dist Ahmedabad. Promoted by Shri H K Patel and Shri H K Bhatt, the Company started commercial production of Phthalocyanine Pigment Green 7 in August 1994 at a very modest capacity of 110 metric tones per annum. The Company operates in the United States, Europe, Middle East, Far East and Africa, besides the local Indian market. The manufacturing facility of the Company is located at Sanand, at the suburbs of Ahmedabad City in India. Approximately 90% of the yield are exported to the customers spanning across the globe.The Company added new products Phthalocyanine Blues increased production capacity of Green 7 by 1994, which was indeed a turning point. It own two manufacturing units Pratiksha Chemicals Ltd and N.K Pigments in Gujarat, India. All plants of the Company are certified for its Quality Management System under ISO 9001:2015 Environment Management system under 14001:2015. Majority of the production is done under close system with least handling of chemicals to minimize cross contamination and human exposure. Both manufacturing units are easily accessible by road and rail from all over the India. Company Unit 1 is strategically located, from Thar Port and 25 Km. from ICD Ahmedabad.The Company established warehouses in USA in 2023. It has provided more than 100+ jobs in Colorants Industry in FY 2025.

For the full year FY2012–2013, revenue reached ₹11.15 crore and profit touched at ₹0.12 crore.
