NHC Foods Limited was initially incorporated as Midpoint Software Electro Systems Limited on August 4, 1992. The Company name was changed to NHC Foods Limited in November, 2010. The roots of the Company go back to 1960 with the aim of promoting export of Indian spices and foodstuff to the world. Today it is 3rd generation in working. NHC Foods Limited is a Government Recognized Three Star Export House engaged in the business of Exports of Whole Ground Spices, Lentils, Pulses, Grains, Oil Seeds and various other Agriproducts and Assorted Food Products.NHC Foods is a growing Indian food processing company i.e. manufacturer and exporter of whole and blended spices. The Companys sustainability has been focused around enlarging its presence in high demand markets. April 24, 2024 to engage in trading of agricultural commodities in Dubai in FY 2025.

For the full year FY2026–2027, revenue reached ₹602.96 crore and profit touched at ₹12.32 crore.
