New Markets Advisory Limited was initially incorporated on November 6, 1982 as Neena Consultants Limited. The name of the Company was changed from Neena Consultants Limited to New Markets Advisory Limited effective from April 7, 2008. The Company has deployed surplus funds for the time being in securities as investment and granted loans for the purpose of gains. It is primarily engaged in financial advisory and investment activities. In FY 2025, Company has proposed a comprehensive strategic shift through revised object clause to include trading and manufacturing. There is strong retail investor participation in capital markets, digitization of financial services and online advisory platforms and strategic capital expansion through proposed preferential allotment of equity warrants. The Management is considering making efforts to start corporate consulting, financial management services along with regulatory compliances services and other business activities.
