NDA Securities Limited is the flagship company of NDA Group, which was incorporated on 21 September, 1992 and is taken over by the new management under the leadership of Mr. Gaurav Jindal. At its inception, the primary objective of the Company was to provide efficient and accessible stock broking services, primarily focusing on equities and retail participation in the Indian financial markets.Over the past 30 years, NDA Securities has built a reputation for integrity, regulatory compliance, and personalized service. It provide equity and derivative trading, mutual funds, IPO distribution, depository services, online margin trading facility, and SEBIregistered Research Analyst. The Company is a trading member of NSE (Capital Market and Derivatives Segments) and of BSE (Capital Market segment only). As a Depository Participant with NSDL, NDA facilitates demat account services for retail and institutional clients.The Company had started its journey by acquiring the membership in National Stock Exchange as soon as it came into existence during 1994, and held Category1 Merchant Banking license till 1998. It had the privilege to handle as many as 60 Public Issues as Managers/Advisors to Issue.The Company came out with a public issue in Jul.94 to augment longterm resources and to strengthen the existing infrastructure for merchant banking activities. Its Group Company, N D A Share Brokers, enjoys a wide clientele including financial institutions, banks, mutual funds, corporate bonus and high net worth individuals.The Company was granted membership of National Stock Exchange in May 94. It was granted CategoryI Registration for Merchant Banking by SEBI in Dec.94. The Company has the capacity and infrastructure to enjoy the benefits of liberalisation. In 199596, the Company got the membership of OTC Exchange of India Limited. It is the Trading Member of National Stock Exchange since 1994 and BSE Limited since 2008.The Company obtained trading membership of BSE Limited, enabling participation in stock exchange operations and expanding capital market services during 2006. The Company was officially registered as a Depository Participant with NSDL in 2009 in commencing the financial services. The Company raised its funds through a preferential issue to support growth and expansion in FY23. In 2025, the NDA Securities have completed the takeover process and applied for Margin Trading Facility and Market Making registration with both the BSE and NSE.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹7.63 crore and profit touched at ₹1.55 crore.
