Later, the Company name was changed to Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Private Limited and fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 06, 2008 was issued by Registrar of Companies. Subsequently, the status got converted from a Private Limited to Public Limited on December 26, 2023 and the name of the Company was changed to Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Limited pursuant to fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 13, 2024 issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Pune. The Company launched the initial public offer of 37,50,000 equity shares having the face value of Rs 10 each by raising Rs 93.75 Crore through fresh issue in July, 2025.
