MKVentures Capital Limited was originally incorporated on 17th January, 1991 as Kankani Textile Industries Limited. Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed to Hindustan Sanforisers Limited on 19th November, 1993 and to Ikab Securities Investment Limited on 18th June, 1998. Further, the Company changed its name to MKVentures Capital Limited on 3rd November, 2022.The Company is a NonBanking Financial Company (NBFC), registered with Reserve Bank of India. It has been in the business of providing financial services.During the year 202122, there was change in the Management of the Company. Pursuant to the SEBI Regulations, 2011, Mr. Madhusudan Kela (Acquirer) acquired 83.66% of the Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company from Promoters/ Promoters Group and Others through Open offer and Share Purchase Agreements and consequently, the erstwhile promoters Mr. Indra Kumar Bagri Others ceased to be the Promoters.Company has reported Rs 21.08 Cr of profit after tax in FY24 vs Rs 16.30 Cr of Net profit in FY23 registering a growth of 29.33%. This is despite degrowth in the overall AUM on a closing basis in FY24 over FY23 and in line with the prioritizing profitability over expanding balance sheet.Company took a conservative step in FY24 to recalibrate growth in near term on both asset and liability side. Accordingly, company repaid its entire borrowings in FY24 and had nil debt outstanding as of FY24 end. Loan book came down from Rs 309 Cr to Rs 103 Cr as of FY24 end.During the year 2025, company raised Rs 40 Cr through successful completion of rights issue. Company issued 4.27 lakh shares at a price of 936 Rs per share.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹27.69 crore and profit touched at ₹9.49 crore.
