Minolta Finance Company background

Founded in: 1993
Minolta Finance Limited was incorporated in 1993 with the objective of financial activities. The Company is registered with the Reserve Bank of India as a NonBanking Financial Institution. It is a Non Banking Finance Company (NBFC), which got listed on Bombay Stock Exchange since 1996. The Company was into the business of lending loans and investment in Capital Market during year 201213. It has been consistently complying with all guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India for NBFCs with respect to capital adequacy, asset classification, provisioning and income recognition on nonperforming assets. At present, the Company provides diverse financial services including loans and advances, capital market Investments, intercorporate deposits, and other allied financial activities.Some of the common NBFC loan products are Trade Finance Loan, Invoice /Bill Discounting, Purchase Order Financing, Loan Against Shares, Loan Against Mortgage Property, Loan Against Gold, Vehicle Funding, Unsecured Personal Loan.
