Advik Capital Limited was originally incorporated as Quick Credit Limited in New Delhi on November 14, 1985 as a Public Limited Company and was granted the Certificate of Incorporation by the Registrar of Companies, at New Delhi. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to DULite Industries Limited on September 20, 2010 and again was changed to Advik Industries Limited on February 24, 2011. Finally, the name of the Company was changed to Advik Capital Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was granted by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi on July 7, 2017. Advik Capital is currently a company listed on BSE. Advik Capital is a nondeposit taking NonBanking Financial Company registered with the RBI. The Company has currently indulged into financial activities, such as financing, inter corporate investments capital market activities. The Company is carrying on the business of investing funds, assisting the financial accommodation by way of loans/advances to the industrial concerns and undertaking the business of leasing and to finance lease operations of all kinds, purchasing, selling, hiring or letting on hire or all kinds of plants and machinery.Company was acquired by Mr. Vikas Garg and Mrs. Seema Garg, who became the new promoters through its open offer process in FY 202223.Advik Optoelectronics Limited was incorporated as a subsidiary in August, 2013.Advikca Finvest Limited was incorporated as new wholly owned subsidiary on November 09, 2022. Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with FMCG company to expand into diverse industries in FY 2025.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹29.3 crore and profit touched at ₹8.23 crore.
