KBS India Limited was initially incorporated as KBS Capital Management Limited in March 1985. The Company altered a change of name from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai to KBS India Limited 11 January, 2011. The Company is one of Indias leading manufacturers of pumps, valves, and related systems, serving critical sectors such as energy, water, industry and infrastructure. As part of the global KSB Group, it combine strong engineering expertise with advanced manufacturing and a robust service network to deliver reliable and efficient fluid control solutions. Initially, the Company was engaged in the business of stock broking and investments like advisory services, broking services, portfolio management, and depository services, as well as distribution of mutual fund and insurance products. It came up with wealth management services and investment planning advice, as well as currency and derivatives business. The Company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company named KBS Capital Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Singapore on 4 April, 2010, which ceased be an Associate Company during the year 202122.In 2025, the Company launched a Mazak 5axis CNC machine of complex components. The Company has supplied specialized boiler feed pump packages for NTPCs supercritical power plants in FY26.
