Johnsoncab Electricals Limited was originally established as a partnership firm in 2012 under the name M/s. Johnson Cables. Over the years, the partnership firm underwent various reconstitutions and was subsequently converted into a Private Limited Company as Johnsoncab Electricals Private Limited on November 12, 2020. Thereafter, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and name of the Company was changed to Johnsoncab Electricals Limited on December 05, 2025.JEL manufacture low voltage wires and cables (LV Cables), which are designed to operate at or below voltages up to 1.1 KV. The manufacturing process involves several stages which include drawing of copper or aluminium Rods, Annealing, Stranding, insulated with PVC or XLPE, Armouring, Testing and Packaging. The product portfolio includes Control Cables, Power cables, Industrial Single and Multicore Control Cables, Housing/ Building Wires and Specialpurpose Power Cables including Welding Cable, Solar / Photovoltaic Cables, Submersible Flat Cables. The first manufacturing facility of our company, UnitI was established in 2012. At the time of commencement, the unit started with limited extrusion lines and employees. Initially only Basic Low Voltage Cables were manufactured. As part of expanding and modernizing the total manufacturing capabilities, UnitII became operational since 2024. Initially, the Company started UnitII to support demand of LT XLPE Armoured and Unarmoured Power and control Cables. Subsequently, it widened the product range to projectbased cable requirements including Welding Cables, Submersible Cables, and Photovoltaic Solar DC Cables.Company caters to both private sector customers and government entities and mainly operate two manufacturing units (Unit I and Unit II) located in Mehsana, Gujarat, having the combined installed capacity of 79,950 KMS per annum w.e.f. June 1, 2026. The Company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI is planning for IPO of 28,00,800 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each through Fresh Issue.
