DSJ Keep Learning Limited, formerly known DSJ Communications Limited was established in November, 1989. The Company changed the name from DSJ Communications Limited to DSJ Keep Learning Limited on 29th June, 2021. During 199495, the company came out with a public issue at a premium of Rs 140 to the Indian public and at Rs 165 to overseas corporate bodies. It has promoted DSJ Asia Communications, incorporated in Hong Kong, and has started publication activities to tap international readership.Over the past one year, Company has partnered with the likes of Jagdish Sheth School of Management, INSOFE, True School of Music, and have brought 100+ learners into the fold of business platform. The areas of curriculum development and student experience are still in their nascent stage, which expects results for the same to come out in the upcoming financial year. Over the past year, the Process Outsourcing Division has managed the endtoend admissions processes for nearly 1500+ students. flagship technology product, keeplearningOS (kOS), has been rolled out to four institutions and now meets the needs of 200+ administrators/faculty members and 2300+ students. The Company is primarily engaged in education activities which include providing support service to educational institutions and providing software solutions for managing the administrative tasks relating to onboarding of students to educational institutions. Initially, the Company was in the publishing industry and presently operates through two synergistic business verticals: Campus Enablement and keeplearning.live.Campus Enablement helps colleges and universities grow sustainably by supporting them across admissions, academic operations,and digital transformation. It has two core areas: Student Recruitment and kOS keeplearning Operating System. Apart from these, Company is focused on the four key areas which consists of i) Helping institutions augment their curriculum and teaching functions through learning partners and inhouse expertise. ii) Improving student experience by providing services like mentorship, placements. iii) Technology through the flagship SaaS product, keeplearningOS (kOS). iv) Process outsourcing for academic and business functions. In FY 202223, Company started booking revenue from KOS. It has diversified the functionality of the business platform to meet the needs of institutes across academic administration, student information management, finance, and human resources. As a testament to products ability, kOS is also being used by them to manage the ongoing education operations.
