DMR Engineering Limited, formerly known DMR Hydroengineering Infrastructures Limited is an integrated engineering consulting Company that offers Concepts to Commissioning solutions in diverse engineering areas since 2009. The Company was incorporated as Private Limited Company on December 15, 2009. Subsequently, the Company got converted the status into a Public Limited changing the name of the Company as DMR Hydroengineering Infrastructures Limited on January 22, 2019 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. The Registrar of Companies have approved the change in name of the Company from DMR Hydroengineering Infrastructures Limited to DMR Engineering Limited, with effect from August 22, 2025. In November 2021, the Company made an IPO of 9,96,000 Equity Shares by raising funds aggregating to Rs. 2.09 Crore, comprising a Fresh Issue of 7,98,000 Equity Shares aggregating to Rs 1.68 Crore and 1,98,000 Offer for Sale of Equity Shares aggregating to Rs. 0.41 Crore. Company incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary company i.e. DMR Consulting Inc. w.e.f. August 05, 2022DMR provides engineering consultancy services from concepttocommissioning in the sectors such as hydropower (including small hydro, large hydro and PSP), dams, renewables energy, tunnels and related sectors. The consulting services of the company are focused on buildinginnovative solutions to address needs of clients, who are EPC agencies, PSU clients, IPP clients or other consultants. It helps client realize their boldest ambitions and build futureready, businesses having commitment in consulting, design, engineering, and operations. Company has done done several assignments as lender Independent Engineers (LIE) with IREDA. It acquired controlling stake in DM Consulting Engineers Private Limited in 2025.In FY26, Company established subsidiary companies, for specializing in geophysical investigations, further diversifying the areas of service. Following the expansion, it also ventured into other area such as pumped storage projects, solar energy projects, small hydro projects, irrigation projects, and various other infrastructure projects.
