It is engaged mainly, in the business of trading of Coal, Synthetic Rubber and Chemicals, metal etc. Over the years, Company has built a formidable reputation of being a completely professionally managed Company where customer satisfaction is of paramount consideration. Further, the Company has revived/restart its AgriBusiness with the use of new and innovative technology Hitech agrimachinery/ equipments to enhance enlarge its agridivision business.Secondly, the Company is involved into production of tires and technical rubber goods. In the mid nineties, the Company rapidly expanded by importing synthetic rubber from all parts of the world like Taiwan, Korea, Indonesia, US and Iran. It specialized in the International trade with the support of regular leading suppliers and buyer in all types of high quality rubbers in prime, offgrade, scrap.During the year 202324, Company expanded into the trading of metal division to diversify the business.

For the full year FY2019–2020, revenue reached ₹91.23 crore and profit touched at ₹3.36 crore.
