Bondada Engineering Limited (BEL), erstwhile Bondada Engineering Private Limited was incorporated as Private Limited Company dated March 29, 2012, with the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh. Subsequently, Company was converted into a Public Limited and the name of Company changed to Bondada Engineering Limited dated May 31, 2023, issued by the RoC, Hyderabad. BEL emerged as a rising leader in Bharats infrastructure landscape, providing comprehensive EPC and OM solutions across Telecom, Renewable Energy, Indian Railways and Data Centres. The Company provide passive telecom infrastructure services which include turnkey services for cell site construction, erection, operation and maintenance of telecom towers with civil, electrical, and mechanical works supply of poles and towers, laying and maintenance of optical fiber cables, supply of power equipment and other telecom infrastructure related services to major telecom companies and telecom tower operators in India. The existing tower manufacturing facility is located in Telangana, with an installed capacity of 12000 MTPA for tower fabrication. As of now, out of 11,600 telecom towers and poles, the Company has so far, installed over 7,700 telecom towers and poles during last three years. In 201314, Company Commenced Telecom EPC Business in 201415, it commenced Unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) windows manufacturing plant started AAC blocks manufacturing plant in 201516 manufacturing Telecom Tower Plant in 201718 constructed on turnkey basis 1st Tower Mounted Doppler Weather Radar in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu during the period 201920 The Company formed a subsidiary, Bondada Abodes Private Limited (BEEPL) for manufacturing and supply of LED lights in 202324The Company launched an IPO by issuing 56,96,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each and by raising funds aggregating to Rs 42.72 Crore in August, 2023.BEL has commissioned 800 MW of renewable energy capacity up to FY 2025. Two new companies incorporated during the year 2025, including the Greenbond RE Park Pvt. Ltd and Bondada Dynamics Pvt. Ltd.The Company has entered into the Defence, BESS segments during FY 2026. It commissioned 1.3 GW of renewable energy capacity upto FY 2026.

For the full year FY2026–2027, revenue reached ₹2851.1 crore and profit touched at ₹211.08 crore.
