Bluspring Enterprises Limited was incorporated as a Public Company via Certificate of Incorporation dated February 11, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka at Bengaluru. The Company is a whollyowned subsidiary of Quess Corp Limited (QCL). In FY 202425, the Demerged Undertaking 2 was part of Quess Corp Limited and was transferred from Quess Corp Limited to the Company as a going concern from April 1, 2024 and the said Composite Scheme has been made effective from March 31, 2025. In terms of consideration, Company issued New Equity Shares 2 to the Shareholders of Quess Corp Limited, through the Composite Scheme of Arrangement, as per the share entitlement ratio set out. In terms of the said Scheme, 14,89,49,413 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each have been issued by the Company to the Demerged Company. The Company is a leading infrastructure services management company in India offering a comprehensive range of solutions, including integrated facility management, security services both manned guarding and technologybased security, food catering services, telecom active infrastructure maintenance, and industrial asset management services. In addition to its core services, the Company holds an investment in an artificial intelligence driven platform focused on whitecollar job placement and candidate services.

For the full year FY2026–2027, revenue reached ₹3396.91 crore and profit touched at ₹-23.04 crore. As of Jun '26, Bluspring Enterprises’s market capitalisation stood at ₹2,077.48 crores. Shareholding as of Jun '26 shows promoters holding 58%, with FIIs at 5.7%, DIIs at 8.6%, and public at 27.6%.
