Balgopal Commercial Limited,, formerly known as Bombinoo Commercial Company Limited was incorporated on August 20, 1982. The name of the Company was changed to Balgopal Commercial Limited w.e.f. May 30, 2016. The Company is mainly engaged in trading activities, and invest and acquire or otherwise deals in derivatives, shares, debentures, bonds, obligations and securities issued/guaranteed by Government, state, Dominion in India or elsewhere.Initially, Company engaged in the business of trading in sarees. It has a wide variety of sarees from plain to designer and cotton to silk. During financial year 202021, M/s. Dreamax Developers Private Limited became the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company effective from 15 April, 2021. The investment made in the aforesaid subsidiary was disposed off on 3rd July, 2021 and it ceased to be the wholly owned subsidiary company.The Company has expanded its business and ventured into construction and real estate activities in FY 202425.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹8.71 crore and profit touched at ₹6.29 crore.
