BRight Real Estate Limited was originally incorporated on October 22, 2007 as a Private Limited Company in the name of Marshal Vinimay Private Limited. Subsequently, the Company was converted to a Public Limited Company and name of the Company was changed to Marshal Vinimay Limited. The name was again changed to BRight Real Estate Limited by passing of Resolution and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on September 25, 2020 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The Companys current Promoters Blow Sales LLP Cheerful Dealtrade LLP has taken over the Company in the year 2010.The Company is engaged in the development and redevelopment of residential, commercial, and mixeduse real estate projects across strategically selected urban markets. The Company creates value through a diversified development model encompassing land acquisitions,joint development arrangements, redevelopment projects, and urban renewal initiatives.The Company streamline supply chain and construction processes to develop high quality products consistently and in a timely and costefficient manner. Apart from this, the design team uses customer insights to conceptualize and design products for the respective locations and target a variety of customer groups. The Companys business is primarily driven by three operating models, namely Society Redevelopment, Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) Projects, and Stressed Redevelopment. In the redevelopment segment, the Company partners with cooperative housing societies totransform aging and underutilized properties into modern and sustainable developments. Under the SRA model, it undertakes projects that provide improved housing and infrastructure to eligible beneficiaries while contributing to inclusive urban renewal. In stressed redevelopment segment, the Company focuses on identifying and reviving stalled or distressed projects through effective restructuring and execution.The Company came up with an IPO of 28,99,200 Equity Shares by raising funds aggregating to Rs 44.35 Crore in June, 2022.Phase I of Luxorica, Malad has been completed in 2026
