Arnold private equity practice has led investments across range of sector pharmaceutical research, highend telecom technology, product development, media production services, technology, textiles, drug, manufacturing, construction, processed foods, components and tool fabrication and real estate.The Company in addition, offer clients an integrated financial services platform by offering lending against demat shares, finance consultancy, loan against immovable properties and allied products.During Financial Year 201415, the Company has undergone the process of sub division of share from Rs. 10/ per share to Rs. 2/ per share with effect from 18th April 2015.During the year 201415, the Business Development Group (BDG) initiated opportunities and harnessed its extensive relationship network within and outside the Company, to benefit the business.In FY22, NBFCs are well capitalised, with their capital to riskweighted asset ratio (CRAR) well above the stipulated level of 15%. Stressed assets of nonbanking financial companiesmicrofinance institutions (NBFCMFIs) of the Company have been estimated to have declined to around 14% as of March 2022 from close to 22% in September 2021, helped by the revival in the economy and limited impact of the Omicron variant. The Company has expanded its lending operations strategically, focusing on digital lending personal loans, and secured lending solutions duirng the FY 2026.
