The Company acquired 18,59,630 equity shares of Rs. 10/ each of Ansu Trade Fiscals Private Limited from the shareholders of ATFPL. With this purchase of shares, Ansu Trade Fiscals Private Limited has become the wholly owned subsidiary of Arco Leasing Limited w.e.f.
