Anirit Ventures Limited was formerly incorporated on March 10, 1993 as Flora Textiles Limited with Registrar of Companies, Coimbatore. Forover three decades, the Company operated in the trading and job manufacturing of yarn and fabric. On September 27, 2024, a majority stake in equity shares of the Company was acquired by Oilmax Energy Private Limited. Pursuant to the acquisition, name of the Company was changed to Anirit Ventures Limited with effect from December 20, 2024.During FY 202425, the Company set a clear vision to achieve scalable and profitable growth in environmentally responsible businesses. This strategic shift marked its repositioning from its textile operations by focusing on the emerging sectors such as of biomasstoenergy and innovationled advanced materials. Company has acquired 100% of the equity capital of Anirit Agritech Private Limited (AAPL), making it the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company on February 27, 2026. Further, the Holding Company, Oilmax Energy Private Limited (OEPL/ Promoter) has filed an applicationbefore NCLT, Mumbai Bench for Scheme of Merger by absorption of OEPL with Asian Energy Services Limited (AESL), a subsidiary of OEPL under the Companies Act, 2013. Upon the Scheme becoming effective, AESL shall become the Holding Company and Promoter of the Company in place of OEPL in FY 202627.

For the full year FY2026–2027, revenue reached ₹0.15 crore and profit touched at ₹-4.76 crore.
