Corporate wellness solutions help ensure that a brands workforce is always at the peak of its health, thereby enhancing business productivity.Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited was incorporated as Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Private Limited on June 5, 2002 as a Private Limited Company, which subsequently converted the status into a Public Company and the name of the Company was changed to Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited on 26 March, 2021.The company came out with an Rs 1895.04crore public issue during the month of September 2021, comprised 35688064 equity shares of Re 1 each at a price of Rs 531 per share.The allotted shares were listed on the BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd(NSE) on 14 September 2021.The Company became first independent diagnostic centre in Telangana to get Revolution ACT 50 slice CT from Wipro GE Healthcare Private Limited in 2021. It opened 15 centres in 202122. In 202324, Company acquired 100% equity stake in P H Diagnostic Centre Private Limited making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company effective from December 21, 2023. In Pune, the acquisition of P.H. Diagnostics enabled rapid scaleup through its wide range of centres. Company launched 2 new centres in Bengaluru in FY 2025. It operationalized first stateoftheartcentre in Ambegaon, Pune under the brand name VijayaPH in FY 2025.Medinova Diagnostic Services Limited (MDSL) has been merged with the Company in June, 2024.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹699.71 crore and profit touched at ₹143.79 crore. As of Mar '26, Vijaya Diagnostic Centre’s market capitalisation stood at ₹10,530.45 crores. Shareholding as of Mar '26 shows promoters holding 52.5%, with FIIs at 13.4%, DIIs at 29.9%, and public at 4.2%.
