U. Y. Fincorp Limited (UYFL), a RBI registered NonBanking Financial Company, was originally incorporated with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on October 7, 1993 as Golden Securities Private Limited. Thereafter, it converted into Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Golden Securities Limited vide certified dated December 13, 1994. Further, the name of the Company was changed to Golden Goenka Fincorp Limited on November 21, 2011 and further to U. Y. Fincorp Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation reflecting the new name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on December 10, 2018. U.Y. Fincorp Limited is one of the fastest growing BSE CSE listed nonbanking financial company registered with the Reserve Bank of India. The Company made its public issue in the year 1995 and subsequently got the shares listed at BSE Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited in 1995. The RBI granted a Certificate of Registration dated April 20, 1998, permitting the Company to carry on the business of a NBFC as a non deposit taking company. The Company provides assets finance, investment banking, and equipment lease and finance solutions in India. It offers inter corporate loans, personal loans, and investments in quoted and unquoted securities. Companys business is supported by an experienced and professional Promoter, Board of Directors and management team with backgrounds in Finance, Accounts and Capital market related activities. The Company derives strength from the expertise of the Promoter, Mr. Udai Kothari, The present promoters who have taken over the management control of the Company from the erstwhile promoter group have experience in business of the Company. They also have business associations with various companies/ firms in the same line of business.In year 202223, the Company ventured into Small Ticket Loan (STL) segment under Brand name GrowU. Money and initiated its business from Central Uttar Pradesh, covering Prayagraj, Varanasi, Sonbhadra, Ayodhya, Deoria and Gorakhpur regions. The Company had also entered into various Business Correspondent Agreements for expansion of its business. It has digitalized the onboarding disbursremnt process of small ticket sized Loan with the monthly run rate of approx. Rs. 1 Crore with an interest rate ranging between 2433% p.a.

For the full year FY2022–2023, revenue reached ₹84.9 crore and profit touched at ₹3.21 crore.
