The Company name was thereafter changed to Chandragupta Industries Limited on April 30, 2008 and then to Turner Industries Limited on February 8, 2018. Earlier, the Company operated as a single solution in heavy industrial construction, maintenance, turnaround, pipe and module fabrication, equipment, rigging and specialized transportation, and associated specialty services. The Principal activities of the Company is to engage in Trading of Diamonds.Since then, there were no manufacturing activities carried out during the financial year 201213.For over 60 years, Turner Industries has provided turnkey industrial services and solutions to the companies that produce fuel, energy, and the materials essential to modern life. Apart from these, Company is a fully diversified industrial contractor engaged into maintenance and construction of oil refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, and pulp and paper mills. Other specialized services provided by Company include pipe fabrication and bending, equipment rental and rigging, hazardous waste cleanup, and demolition.
