The Company is basically into manufacturing, selling, distribution and trading of Synthetic blended yarns of Polyester / Viscose. Currently Company has 1 manufacturing unit with aggregate 43,632 spindles having the production capacity of 30 MTs per day at MouzaNayakund in Maharashtra. Suryaamba Spinning Mills Limited was incorporated on May 5, 2007 and acquired the running Yarn Spinning Mills situated at Nayakund, in Nagpur District of Maharashtra from the Company through a Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger effective from 15 March, 2008. Started in 1993, the Company is a leading manufacturer of speciality synthetic spun yards. The core competitive strength of the Company is to produce 14400 mt. tones per annum of quality yarns. It is presently exporting to the markets in USA, Mexico, Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Belgium, Turkey, Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria, Poland, Canada, Peru, Columbia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Bangladesh, Pakistan, South Africa. It has a product portfolio in Fancy, Synthetic Yarns in Grey, Dyed and Melange Single and Multi Fold, Suiting, Knitwear, Chenille Fabrics, Sewing Threads, Sweater Knitting and Shawls Rexine.The Company acquired a wide product range from 100% polyester and viscose spun yarns as well as blended synthetic yarns, used for weaving. The latest spinning infrastructure includes machinery from Lakshmi Machine Works, Muratec, Schlafhorst, Seiger and Saurer Peass.
