Sugs Lloyd Limited was originally incorporated on September 16, 2009 as Sugs Lloyd Energy Private Limited with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana. In year 2020, Company changed its name from Sugs Lloyd Energy Private Limited to Sugs Lloyd Private Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 09, 2020 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Subsequently, in 2024, Company has been converted from a Private Limited to Public Limited, and the name is changed to Sugs Lloyd Limited dated June 01, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.The Company operates in the renewable energy sector, mainly focusing on solar energy, electrical transmission and distribution, and civil EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. It provide a wide services, including the development of power transmission and distribution infrastructure, construction of power substations, and the renovation, upgrading, and modification of existing power systems.Additionally, Company engage in providing solutions for Outage Management Solutions (OMS) using fault passage indicators, auto reclosers, and Sectionalizer to various electricity DISCOM (Distribution Companies). In civil construction domain, it provide turnkey solutions for civil building construction and electrical substation work, particularly for government clients, in serving power DISCOMs (Distribution Companies). It also provides skilled manpower and staffing services to government organizations, specifically power DISCOMs, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of energy infrastructure. Company deals with state government power utilities, private power entities and Renewable energy developers. Preferentially, company opts for Renewable Energy and EPC projects. The Company acquired 100% equity shares in Levana Infra Private Limited, making it a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company effective March 31, 2022. Company has sold 4,900 Equity Shares in in Levana Infra Private Limited resulting in sale of Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company w.e.f. March 14, 2024. After such transaction, Company holds 5100 Equity shares in Associate Company. Further, Company has sold 3,000 Equity Shares in Levana Infra Private Limited resulting in sale of Subsidiary Company w.e.f. April 01, 2024. After such transaction, Company holds 2100 Equity shares in Associate Company.Company launched the initial public offer of 69,64,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each and raised a fresh issue of Rs 85.66 crores on September 3, 2025.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹177.87 crore and profit touched at ₹16.72 crore.
