Shri Kalyan Holdings Limited established and came into existence in the year 1993 as a Private Limited Company in Mumbai. It became a Public Limited Company in year 1994. Shri Kalyan Holdings are a Non Banking Finance Company, registered with Reserve Bank of India, presently engaged in a wide gamut of business activities viz. business of lending, securities investments, negotiable instruments etc.The company is promoted by Shri Rajendra K. Bhanwarlal Jain and Family. It is presently engaged in the business of Investment Banking including Securities Trading and proposes to commence the activities of leasing, Hire Purchase, Bills discounting etc from Apr.96 onwards. The company came out with the public issue of 60 lacs Equity Shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par aggregating Rs 600 lacs. The Company is planning to expand its network and infrastructural Facilities to enlarge its non fund based activities.The Company has been regular in servicing all its debt obligations. In spite of various ups and downs in the finance sector of the country has resulting into profit during the current and previous financial years.During the Financial Year 202425, significant upgrades and enhancements were undertaken in the IT infrastructure and related systems to align with evolving business and technological requirements. These initiatives have enabled the Company to improve monitoring, streamline processes, and ensure secure, efficient, and reliable operations.
