Scoda Tubes Limited was incorporated as Scoda Tubes Limited vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 10, 2008, and received Certificate of Commencement of business dated November 12, 2008, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The Company is engaged in the business manufacture of StainlessSteel Pipes Tubes.Scoda Tubes is a stainlesssteel tubes and pipes manufacturer, specialising in the production of seamless and welded products in a single metal category i.e., stainless steel. The products are used in diversified industrial companies engaged in Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Fertilisers, Power, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Railways and Transportation sectors, both domestically and internationally. In addition, the Company operate a hot piercing mill for the production of mother hollow, having a production capacity of 20,000 MT per annum 10,068 MT per annum of seamless products and 1,020 MT per annum of welded tubes.The Company operate 1 manufacturing plant strategically at AhmedabadMehsana Highway, Rajpur, Kadi, Mehsana, Gujarat from the Mundra Port. Currently, it works 18 production lines for seamless products and 2 production lines for welded products. Manufacturing Facility utilizesa plot of land measuring 21,199 sq. mtrs. and has separate seamless and welded divisions with productspecific equipment and machineries, including hot piercing mill, pilger mills, expanding machine, cold drawing lines, bright annealing furnace, eddy current testing machine, hydro testing machine, Spectro testing machine, tensile testing machine TIG/MIG welded tube mill, etc. In May 2022, Company completed the construction of hot piercing mill for production of mother hallow plant, with an annual capacity of 20,000 MT. The Company launched the initial public offering of 15,714,200 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, by raising funds aggregating to Rs 220 Crore through fresh issue in May, 2025.
