Rose Merc Limited, incorporated in January 1985, is a BSElisted diversified enterprise with a growing presence across FinTech, Capital Markets, Fashion Luxury, Sports, Media, Ecommerce, Strategic Investments, and Emerging Businesses. During the year 2024, Company has amended the Memorandum of Association and altered its Object Clause to carry out various activities including the following: 1. to carry out detailed feasibility study for entering into the flight simulator business, which involves development, manufacturing, and maintenance of training simulators used to certify and train commercial airline pilots. 2. to carry on the business of managing sports leagues, teams and other sporting events and to establish sports academies, training centers, and development programs aimed at nurturing talent and fostering the growth of athletes, and other related activities.During the year 2025, Company expanded its portfolio to 11 subsidiaries, focusing on the businesstoconsumer (B2C) domains of spirituality, events, sports, and fashion. The Company launched the Emirates Luxury Fashion Show in Dubai in April 2025. The Company entered into the global fashion industry through the strategic investment in Emirates Holding FZ LLC and Moda Orama Ventures Pvt. Ltd. It also acquired a bungalow property in Lonavala, Maharashtra, valued at approximately Rs. 1.3 crore, in April 2026.

For the full year FY2026–2027, revenue reached ₹88.84 crore and profit touched at ₹17.84 crore.
