The Company was converted from a Private Limited to Public Limited and the name was changed to Rapid Multimodal Logistics Limited issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai dated November 6, 2023.The Chennai based company is engaged in providing onestop logistical solution to clients. The Company provide logistics solution to manufacturers/traders to transport raw materials or finished goods. They are involved in management and coordination of movement of raw materials or finished goods throughout the supply chain, from the point of origin to the destination. Their services expanded to encompass various transportation modes, from road, coastal as well as rail. The incorporation of Company in July 2020 has marked a shift towards a comprehensive multimodal approach, with operations commencing in July 2021, as strategic movement. Right from shipment planning, Route Optimization, Carrier Selection, Documentation, Containerization, Tracking and to Communication and Coordination, LastMile Delivery, Performance Evaluation, Company encompass a diverse range of industries, including Glass, Plywood, Paper, Edible oil, Gypsum boards, Iron Steel, Scraps, Tiles, Sanitary, Liquor industry.On 27 August 2024, Company came up with a public issue of 10,11,200 equity shares of Rs 10 each by raising money of Rs 8.49 crores through fresh issue.
