Pranik Logistics Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name of Pranik Logistics Private Limited vide Certificate of Incorporation dated February 24, 2015, issued by Registrar of Companies, Kolkata. Further, Company converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Pranik Logistics Limited Registrar of Companies, Kolkata issued a new Certificate of Incorporation upon conversion dated March 07, 2024.Since 2015, the Company has evolved into a trusted ThirdParty Logistics (3PL) service provider, offering transportation, warehousing, reverse logistics, and integrated supply chain solutions to a diverse customer base. The Company is a carrying and forwarding agent providing endtoend Logistics solutions i.e. from the point of origin to the point of consumption, to serve the customers and corporations. They are a pan India logistics provider to integrated services including transportation, warehousing, material handling and freight forwarding to customers belonging to various industries such as Automotive, Engineering, Construction, Retail, Textile and many more. Additionally, the Company provides transportation management services designed to optimize and streamline operational processes. Thisincludes strategic functionalities such as route planning, load optimization, carrier selection, shipment tracking, and performance analysis. It provide lastmile delivery services to border areas with limited access of resources. The Company launched the IPO by raising Rs 22.47 crores and issued 29,18,400 equity shares through fresh issue on October 14, 2024.In 2025, Company has launched 10 new High Impact Hubs (HIHs) to enhance lastmile logistics efficiency and launched new warehouses at Raipur and Indore to expand the reach. It established the presence in Siliguri and Kolkata by opening new CFAs.
