Northlink Fiscal and Capital Services Limited is a NBFC registered with Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh. The Company was incorporated on November 28, 1994 and started its commercial operations on December 30th, 1994. Earlier, the Company was into wholesale of construction materials. It identified two reportable segments mainly via trading of Cement and financing rental income.The company had three firms having own proprietorship namely M/s Northlink Tradings, M/S Kuber Traders and M/S Capital Agencies deals in trading of Cement in year 201819. The Company engaged in lending the loans and trading activities (i.e. Cement and Steel Iron) during the year 201920 but discontinued trading activities in 202021. And from 202223, the Company engaged in business of investment and investment can be made in different portfolios in purchase of shares/securities, purchase of bonds/ IPO, purchase of gold, Jewellery and other commodities through commodities stock exchanges in India and abroad. It invest in projects and malls and other institutions like School, College, Hospital, Old Age Home and Nursing Homes.The Company is also working as advisor to nos of Institution like School, Nursing Homes and Dispensaries Community Centers. This Company is helping for running the School Affiliated with Pb. School education in Board Mohalli. Pb. And Primary School and one Senior Secondary School affiliated with CBSE New Delhi and One Nursing Home and one Community Centre all situated in posh residential areas of Ludhiana city of Punjab.
