The principal business activity of the Company is to undertake financial services, investing and dealing in various kinds of securities.The Companys operations were adversely affected on account of a continued depressed sentiments in capital market, which has shown no signs of recovery/buoyancy mainly on account of unfortunate political developments in the aftermath unprecedented terrorists attacks and a slack industrial growth. During FY22, the global capital market In US have witnessed financial frauds involving some big and respected corporates causing an adverse impact on the recovery of Indian Capital Market.
