Nephro Care India Limited was originally incorporated on July 08, 2014 as a Private Limited Company as Nephro Care India Private Limited with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. Subsequently, Company converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of Company was changed to Nephro Care India Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 5, 2024, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.Nephro Care was founded in the year 2014 by Dr. Pratim Sengupta in Kolkata with an object of providing comprehensive medical services for renal patients. The Company is a one stop treatment centre based in Kolkata that offer clinical and lifestyle solutions and services and renal insufficiency treatment to patients. The treatment framework covers the entire range of lifestyle, physiological and spiritual aspects of wellness. The main business of the company is to provide comprehensive 360 Degree healthcare servicing to the patients with kidney related services, The Company operate only in non invasive service, their operations have been supported by a pool of expert Doctors, experienced and welltrained paramedical professionals and a skilled management team. The entire team is further supported by sufficient clinical and investigative infrastructure.The Company in 2021, started flagship Salt Lake, Kolkata clinic it started two satellite clinics operations at Chandannagar, in West Bengal in 2023, by taking up a Dialysis unit with eAge Healthcare. The high cost of dialysis care has led to financial hardship for practically all families with such patients. Apart from this, the clinics have been equipped with technologically advanced equipment and diagnostic instruments. At present, Nephro Care offers the services at their clinics following Inhouse Dialysis Unit Outpatient Services in areas of Nephrology, Diabetology, Cardiology, Ophthalmology and Neurology NABL accredited inhouse Pathology Inhouse Pharmacy Advance diagnostic facilities Renal Nutrition department Home Care Mukti (Lifestyle Support Program) and Home Dialysis. Besides, it has in house diagnostic tools including UGS, ECHO, ECG, X Ray, PFT, NCB, Fibroscan, Sudoscan, Fundoscopy, BCM, Polysomnography, Holter monitoring which ensure complete screening and accurate diagnosis.The Company launched its IPO comprising a fresh issue of 45,84,000 equity shares of Rs 10 per equity shares by raising Rs 41.25 crores on July 02, 2024. On 1st July, 2024, the company inaugurated a state of the art renal care clinic in Alipurduar, West Bengal. The Company opened its Vivacity Multispecialty Hospital in Madhyamgram, Kolkata in 2025. It launched a Cardiothoracic Vascular Surgery (CTVS) unit to deliver advanced cardiac and vascular care to residents of North 24 Parganas district. On 1st March, 2025, the company has inaugurated its new unit in the heart of Kolkata in Shyambazar.

For the full year FY2026–2027, revenue reached ₹90.28 crore and profit touched at ₹3.37 crore.
