Subsequently, Fresh Certificate of Registration dated May 04, 2018 was issued by Registrar of Firms. Company launched the initial public offering of 57,91,200 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each by raising funds aggregating to Rs 165.62 Crore, comprising a fresh issue of 47,91,200 equity shares to Rs 137.02 Crore and offer for sale of 10,00,000 equity shares to Rs 28.6 Crore in July, 2025.
