Lloyds Enterprises Limited was originally incorporated as Shree Global Tradefin Limited on October 15, 1986 in Mumbai. On November 10, 1986, the Company received the Certificate for Commencement of Business. On October 24, 1996, the name of the Company was changed to Shree Global Tradefin Limited and later, renamed as Lloyds Enterprises Limited on September 6, 2023. Presently, Company is engaged into the trading of iron and steel products. Their products include hot rolled (HR) coils/ cold rolled steel sheet, mild steel (MS) channel/ MS angle and hot rolled plate/ MS beam. In September 2005, the company acquired the majority equity shares capital of Harold International Ltd, Sanford Steel Pvt Ltd and Salvador Steel Pvt Ltd by way of acquisition and thereby all the three companies became the wholly subsidiaries of the company. In April 2009, the company sold their entire shareholding of Revive Buildzone and Dealers Pvt Ltd. Consequently, Revive Buildzone and Dealers Pvt Ltd ceased to be a subsidiary of the company. M/s. Pragya Realty Developers Private Limited has become the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company during the year 20102011. Emetalsteel.Com Private Limited, Halan Properties Private Limited, Triumph Trade Properties Developers Private Limited and Vidarbha Power Private Limited have ceased to be the associate companies during the year 201718.Lloyds Steels Industries Limited became the Subsidiary Company effective from May 21, 2021 through acquisition of 41,44,41,116 Equity Shares (46.12%) of the Lloyds Steels Industries Limited by Company from the erstwhile promoters/ promoter Group of the Company.In 202324, the Company commenced mobilization of all the necessary equipment and machinery to mine the enhanced capacity from 3MTPA to 10MTPA.The Company has entered the gold mining sector through its 31.58% stake in Geomysore Private Ltd. in FY 2025.The Company implemented a corporate restructuring in FY26, to first merge its real estate subsidiaries Lloyds Realty Developers Limited and Indrajit Properties Private Limited into the Company and to demerge the consolidated real estate business into a new entity, Lloyds Realty Limited. Company expanded the portfolio by including iron ore pellets for both domestic distribution export for the chain of steel products in FY2026.

For the full year FY2026–2027, revenue reached ₹2183.71 crore and profit touched at ₹374.53 crore. As of Jun '26, Lloyds Enterprises’s market capitalisation stood at ₹10,828.78 crores. Shareholding as of Jun '26 shows promoters holding 62.7%, with FIIs at 0.6%, DIIs at 0.2%, and public at 36.5%.
