Harish Textile Engineers Limited was incorporated on March 31, 2010. The Company is one of the leading producers of textile processing and finishing machinery in India. It operate manufacturing facilities spread over 50,000 square feet in Umbergam, Gujarat. It is also engaged in Production of Nonwoven fabrics used mainly for auto interiors and filtration and hygiene segments at Umbergam Plant which has factory building of approx. 1,10,000 square feet. Company is also engaged in the production of polyester staple fibre by recycling pet bottle and waste polyester, at its plant in Gondhe, Nashik.The Company is manufacturing organization engaged in manufacturing of Textile Processing, Finishing Machineries, NonTextile Projects and Regenerated Polyester Staple Fibre. The Company has acquired product and domain expertise in all the products.The Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger between Corporate Courier and Cargo Limited (CCCL), the Company and Mahesh Developers Limited (MDL) was made effective from October 6, 2018 on filing with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) w.e.f. April 1, 2017. Pursuant to the Scheme, the Engineering Service Business of Corporate Courier Cargo Limited was transferred to the Company. The Company had allotted 9,36,000 equity shares on October 29,2018 pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation on June 06, 2019.Effective from April 1, 2019, the NonWoven and PSF businesses have been integrated with the Company.
