The name of the Company was changed to GSS America Infotech Private Limited on June 15, 2006. The status of the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to GSS America Infotech Limited. The Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh, issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 7, 2006. The name of the Company was later changed to GSS Infotech Limited on May 16, 2010.GSS Infotech is a leading provider of consulting, technology, outsourcing and nextgeneration digital services. GSS primary focus is in the ADMS (Application Development and Maintenance Services), IMS (Infrastructure Management Services) and Healthcare services, while the major revenue contributor has been Professional Services.GSS Infotech is an India based IT consulting and Software Development Company.
