Glaam Up Jwel Limited was initially incorporated as Gleam Fabmat Limited on June 21, 2018 at Delhi. Pursuant to Business Takeover Agreement dated September 15, 2018, the Company acquired the business of M/s. J.P. Metals, a proprietorship concern of one of the Promoter Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta. The Company currently trades in aluminium products such as Aluminium Sheets, Aluminium Coils, Rivets etc and textiles products. The name of the Company has changed from Gleam Fabmat Limited to Glaam Up Jwel Limited in 2025. Initially, the Company was engaged in trading of precious and non precious stones and metals including rough diamonds in the state of Gujarat. The Company started its first commercial operation in 201819. In February 2019, the Company made a Public Issue of 31,20,000 Equity Shares by raising capital from public aggregating to Rs 3.12 Crore.During the year 202425, Company has altered its Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association involving the addition of newbusiness activities relating to manufacturing, importing, exporting, buying, selling, dealing, and trading in all categories of diamonds, rough diamonds, pearls, gems, jewellery, precious and semiprecious stones, bullion, precious metals, and related products, as well as undertaking activities such as cutting, polishing, processing, and representing foreign companies in the Indian market.
