Chembond Chemicals Limited was originally incorporated as Chembond Chemical Specialties Limited on December 12, 2023. The name of the Company was changed to Chembond Chemicals Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 24, 2025, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.Established in 1975, Chembond today represents one of Indias premier specialty chemicals companies, embodying the essence of Indian entrepreneurship, technological prowess and complete customer orientation. It operate 3 manufacturing plants, 1 central application and RD center, and have a panIndia sales and service footprint. Chembond Chemical Specialties Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The main object of the Company is to carry on the business as manufacturers and sellers of specialty chemicals and systems including those for the water treatment and construction industry. In FY 202425, the Construction Chemicals (CC) and Water Treatment (WT) Businesses of the Company have been demerged into the Company with effect from April 1, 2024, making the Scheme of Arrangement effective on May 3, 2025. Pursuant to the Scheme becoming effective, 2,68,96,576 equity shares having the face value of Rs 5 each have been issued and allotted to the shareholders of Chembond Chemicals Limited. Chembond Chemicals Limited received 2 equity shares, for every 1 share held. The allotment was at a 1:2 ratio, meaning two new equity shares were given for every one share held, based on a record date of May 9, 2025.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹298.1 crore and profit touched at ₹30.91 crore.
